Refund Policy

At NEWFOUNDWorks, we are committed to providing dependable, high-quality home and property services across St. John’s and surrounding areas. Due to the nature of our services, all completed service bookings are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
 

If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of a completed service, we encourage them to contact us directly during normal business hours so we can review the concern. In many cases, we may arrange to have the original service provider or another member of the NEWFOUNDWorks service team return to address any reasonable service-related issues and help ensure the problem is corrected appropriately.


Our goal is to deliver a fair and reliable customer experience. While refunds are not offered for completed services, we do believe in giving customers a reasonable opportunity to have legitimate concerns reviewed and resolved where appropriate.

Customers may cancel a booked service for a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours (2 full days) before the scheduled service date. To qualify, cancellation requests must be made by calling us directly during our normal operating hours. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for refund due to scheduling, preparation, and service allocation commitments.
 

Refunds, re-service decisions, and cancellation eligibility are handled at the discretion of NEWFOUNDWorks based on the timing of the request, the nature of the service, and the circumstances involved.
